Every Wednesday morning at 10am! Easy-on-the-joints, chair yoga offers all the usual benefits of yoga – increased flexibility, strength and balance, breathing exercises, meditation and stress relief –without getting on the floor. Chair yoga is for everyone from the young to the not as young! Don’t let the word “chair” fool you, you will still move all of your body and be challenged. All you need to attend is loose/comfortable clothing, a bottle of water, and a ‘love donation’ of $5 to $20 for our experienced teacher, Kaye House Agar. You’ll be amazed at how your body responds to these gentle exercises! Classes begin Sep 6.
